Brooke is amazing human being and we always feel that through out our interaction with her. She understands each buyer are in different phase of their life and have different needs. She has lots of a patience for all the useful and non useful questions whether you are first time buyer or second time buyer. We just bought our second home with her. For most of us buying home always come with lots of pressure as we are investing lots of saving into it. She makes sure she is always available and give right and insightful answers. She has a very good team and lots of good connection whether it is contractor, AC guy, architect or house manager etc. Working with her you will feel that you are in right hand and she never does a one time transaction with you. She always understands relationship is more important than short term gains. (You will surprised not many realtor understand this).

We first found Brooke through one of her flyers, and liked what we saw so stopped by one of her open houses and really liked how she presented herself and the home she was selling. Brooke was the realtor we were looking for to sell our home. I have to say, Brooke is dynamic and commands attention in any room she is in. This is awesome skill and perfect for a realtor who needs to get the buyer (or sellers) attention. We liked that Brooke was a local in our community since Newark has a little different feel and attitude than our neighboring cities. Brooke was helpful and guided us through the sales process. She kept us calm whenever we started to overthink everything. Getting the house ready, staging, open houses, negotiating, closing; selling a home is a big deal and Brooke gets that. Whether it is an easy sale or hard, it still takes a knowledgeable realtor to make it work and Brooke is that realtor.
